When More Than One Person Buys A Product
Unfortunately the way this website is laid out it does not have the function to remove a product once it has been purchased. I have to physically remove the product from the website. Once I have seen that a product has been bought I will remove it immediately. If a product is sold to two different customers then the person who is listed first will receive the product.

Payments, Shipping and Handling
I accept payments through paypal, personal checks and money orders. Payments need to be received before shipping purchased item(s).
I usually ship through USPS, I will ship first class or priority depending on weight and value. I ship same business day if orders and payments are received by 1pm. Any orders and payments received after 1pm will be shipped the next business day.
If you would like an item shipped internationally then please contact me directly. Let me know which item(s) you would like to purchase and I will let you know how much it would cost to ship that item(s) to your destination.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items can be returned for up to 7 days after receiving them. There is no refund for shipping and handling.
If an item is damaged during shipping then I will try and replace the item for something similar or you can choose another item. If the item can be repaired I will do so and return it to you.
If you receive the item and there is nothing wrong with it and you would like to exchange it or get a refund; then you have up to 7 days to return it. After 7 days I will not exchange or refund the item. However, if the item gets damaged by yourself or others after the 7 days is up then please contact me. If I am able to repair the item I will do so for free.

If you would like something custom made then please don't hesitate to contact me. If you would like a plaque wood burned with a particular scene or picture or a family name or quote added, then maybe we can work together and get one made up.

Materials
For wood burning I mostly use pine or balsa wood. For the scrabble tile pendants, I use scrabble tiles I have purchased from old scrabble games.
For my painting I mostly use canvas. Canvas paper, canvas board and stretched canvas. For my prints I use a high quality matte photo paper.
For my jewelry pieces I try to use glass and semi-precious stones. Most of the metal used is sterling silver plated. Since this is a plated metal anyone with allergies need to be aware that it may not be completely allergy free. I also search for vintage pieces to make necklaces out of and although beautiful some of the backing metal on some of the pieces may not be lead free.
